Do not buy Tyres from a "Agent"

My dismay is with the owner Mr Martin Oosthuizen who buys Tyres from a tyre warehouse and then re-sells it to people interested under no specific Company just an Bank account number on an Invoice with reference no Renegades payment thereby assuming he sells tyres under his removal companies name as well but unsure. Well I bought tyres from Mr Martin Oosthuizen against a mark up price of R9 800 original price R8 136.00 ( cloe to this). The tyres did not fit and I had to take the Tyres back at own cost ( excellent client service) to the Tyre Warehouse in Germiston. After many enquiries I received a partial payment. WHY because Mr Oosthuizen decided that will keep R1 175 for himself because the Warehouse charged him handling fees. Now I am wondering why must I pay for handling fees at not Mr Oosthuizen because no where on his Invoice no R170 did he state that should the tyres be returned that I the buyer will be held liable for such. My advise avoid buying tyres from Mr Oosthuizen rather go and buy direct from ATT Auto & Truk Tyres it safes you mark up fees and they have a fitment centre. I feel that Mr Oosthuizen has enriched himself to my detriment. I have the Invoice no R170 as proof that no where does it say that I am liable for handling fees. Mr Oosthuizen when concluding business with a person you can not expect that person to carry costs of a company that you entered business with. You bought the Tyres from the Warehouse on your Comany Renegades name therefore you should carry the costs.
