Hokaai sells your order to someone else and then claims they do not know who did it
Totally disgusted. I hand selected biltong to dry out 2 weeks ago. I went to the butchery last week to follow up on the dryness. It was still too wet. I asked them to put my name and contact info on it because i just had a bad feeling. Then this morning i got there and the biltong was gone and no one knew what happened to it. When i asked for the owner's contact info to inform him of how things are done there i was given a generic hokaai email address.

25 Apr 2024, 11:27So just so you know.. Do not ask them to dry biltong drier for you. According to the owner they went out of their way to accomodate me to do something they do not usually do and i am overreacting. and I am going about this the wrong way.. well I thanked him and wished him a great weekend. Will definitely not go there again, the Fearie Glen owner is willing to help me without making me feel like i am inconveniencing them. So support the Hokaai in Fearie Glen
