Be aware if you take the medical emergency option that cover strokes and heart attacks you need a referral letter from a Dr before you can be rushed to the emergency room.. glad I am still alive had 6 of the typical symptoms females get when they have a warning of impending heart attack... Dr I went to see was in surgery so I could not get my permission letter. Was told after 3 pm yesterday I would be contacted by a representative... still waiting.. thanking God prayer brought me through another night..... I contacted them early this morning and got a reply - someone will be in contact - I am still waiting.... I just contacted them again to find out what process to follow...
The worst experience yet. I have a unit trust with them, this month it was deducted twice and no one can tell me why - my calls keeps getting transferred to 5 different people who keeps saying this is the wrong department. I even got transferred to another company!
Have been trying to get my vehicle approved for a service as i have a service plan with them and for 2 weeks now 1st the garage of choice never got required email. I then followed - never got a call back from the person supposedly handling my request. I followed up again and requested again. Keep getting the run around from them Zama promised 15 min feedback - Sam almost 17 hours later with me on the phone telling me he cannot answer me because he is now only looking at the request after me following up again
Totally disgusted. I hand selected biltong to dry out 2 weeks ago. I went to the butchery last week to follow up on the dryness. It was still too wet. I asked them to put my name and contact info on it because i just had a bad feeling. Then this morning i got there and the biltong was gone and no one knew what happened to it. When i asked for the owner's contact info to inform him of how things are done there i was given a generic hokaai email address.
Game has made serious false advertising this past week. First they advertised quilted pillows for R109. When getting to the store they try and force you to buy cheap hollow fibre junk. Then yesterday they had 2 cellphones with vodacom birthday special. After calling and confirmingit I drove to Brookyn. Got to Brooklyn store. After struggling to get some help from who ever the sales lady called she ended laughing at me telling me it was a mistake and I must ma deal with it.
Reported an accident caused by Budget Client - went to the assessor a month ago - phoned Budget Cynthia 011 489 4415 - unable to reach her. Phoned call centre left messages - no call back. Will my car ever be repaired? Ref nu 778437415/01. When I was insured by Budget they NEVER gave such poor service
Good day I have been struggling to find this money from the Blue Route Mall Branch since the day it never reflected in my account. The staff said that there is no way they can trace it or debit it to my account. What happened was the HR department submitted my account number to the finance/payroll department with one digit short there was a 5 missing. Your staff assured me that there is no way it would be paid into ANY account because it only had 9 digits. and the money would be returned to Citibank within 3 working days.. Well as you can see we have passed a number of 3 working days by now and below is the finance department's response on the question of funds returned. -- I would really like my salary money BAC****!!! I was also told there is no way to track it even if given the bank it came from and the EXACT amount being paid over.. Really -- you are the only bank unable to do that “The EFT debited the account on 05/08/2018 and as of today no return of funds has been processed”.
It is not worth rating. Capitec sucks as a bank. yes bank fees are low but the rest of their services suck. My salary which is being deposited from a US Entity has still not been released I am not the only person being paid from that account yet Capitec decided to not release my salary which means I am now flagged as a slow/late payer - will Capitec take responsibility and clear my name - no why should they. I went in to the bank this morning to see why my salary is still not paid in - they cannot help me because FOREX does not work over weekends - so when will I eventually see my salary? I am definitely closing my account as soon as I have my salary. You cannot even buy a plane ticket with the savings card. And I will make it my life goal to warn people about this bank. If you just want a bank to just put money in and just withdraw then yes Capitec is your bank - anything else STAY AWAY!!!!!!! They do not even give you a home loan -- they approach other entities to assist and then with another bank backing them they give you the loan.....
I recently started working with my old employer again. Who also has the staff on Discovery and uses a broker to handle all medical issues. I was given a form to complete for membership application to discovery. I assumed my current discovery membership would be carried into the new job. Much to my surpise I get a nasty email stating I owed Discovery R3300 - I contacted them and was told my membership was cancelled and i got a new membership. I asked why as I clearly stated on my application form I wanted to stay on the same plan. The lady from doscivery said there was enough time before the inception of the new membership in 1 April and I could complete a transfer form which she sent me and the company HR returned to her. Funny thing is I get a nasty sms today telling me I am going to be blacklisted for their ***** up. They were supposed to correct the cancellation and do the company transfer. I am NOT accepting this mistake on their part and if I have to will contact my cousin who is an attorney to assist in this matter or I still have the CEO and other top management's contact details from a previous issue I had with Discovery staff *****ing up and will gladly contact them again to assist. Discovery really sucks when it comes to doing due diligence and have their staff do fulfill their promises.
On the request of the Bytes Lawyer we are sending this apology as the matter has been resolved where they were incorrectly allocated with the salary of Marius Jonker - his money will be paid to him.
