I attempted to migrate from another service provider to Hola Data, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Since 12 December 2025, I have been without fibre services despite having already paid. It has now been four weeks with no resolution.
My assigned agent, Lindiwe from Orange Farm, has become unresponsive and cannot be reached, and attempts to escalate the matter to management(Sizakele aslo from Orange farm) have not yielded any meaningful assistance. Due to the prolonged delays and lack of communication, I requested that the migration be cancelled and that a refund be processed, but this has also not been handled.
Overall, the service has been poorly managed, unprofessional, and frustrating. I would not recommend Hola Data based on my experience.
