I attempted to migrate from another service provider to Hola Data, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Since 12 December 2025, I have been without fibre services despite having already paid. It has now been four weeks with no resolution. My assigned agent, Lindiwe from Orange Farm, has become unresponsive and cannot be reached, and attempts to escalate the matter to management(Sizakele aslo from Orange farm) have not yielded any meaningful assistance. Due to the prolonged delays and lack of communication, I requested that the migration be cancelled and that a refund be processed, but this has also not been handled. Overall, the service has been poorly managed, unprofessional, and frustrating. I would not recommend Hola Data based on my experience.

#BLACKFRIDAY I TRIED CALLING OR TEXTING OR EMAILING TILL THIS DAY I HAVE NTO RECEIVED MY MONEY BECAUSE I CANNOT PAY FOR THE SERVICE THAT'S OFFLINE ALWAYS I REQUESTED A REFUND 2MONTHS AGO STILL NO REFUND MADE ONLY LIES N FROM THEIR CONSULTANT , I HAVE SEND MY BANKING DETAILS AS THEY REQUESTED STILL NO REFUNDS RECEIVED TILL THIS DAY WHAT A SHAM OF A COMPANY

Hola data, i paid for your package R270 through on the 27th of September and it was approved by the bank on 30th of September but later on you said you don't offer services in western cape and you decided to refund me my money. I'm to talk to you on WhatsApp but you don't respond. Whatever it is let's talk, I don't know if you always treat customers like this. This is bad if I may say, you asked me for a proof of payment and I told you I made a payment online and it was a card payment on Zoom website, from payfast page they said they send a receipt of payment to this email (saud.ally@holadata.co.za) I gave you the bank statement and screenshots but still you are quite.

Good day The device still show the red light I'm annoyed always escalating because I'm not getting any help, been waiting for technical support nobody came.. it's now 7 days I cannot run my online business due to no connection at my house , everytime when I do follow up on the reference number:ZF0009RKR, been told the representative will contact me ASAP, even till this day still no communication Disappointed customer

I've experienced bad services from these internet services providers. My internet services is sometimes offline and recently I had been offline for about 12 days . I was told that I would be reimbursed my days should I be offline for 4days +. Now they have been taking me from pilar to post without any resolution. I'm truly fed up and disappointed with their service. They always say they will be investigating the issue. I was offline from the 5th July to 16th July. The other day through chat they said I never reported but I sent the screenshot of our chat.
