dissatisfaction with the WiFi service provided

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the WiFi service provided by Zoom Fibre in my area. For the past several weeks, I have been experiencing consistently poor internet speeds, frequent disconnections, and unreliable connectivity that severely disrupts my daily activities, including work, study, and communication. Despite multiple attempts to contact Zoom Fibre customer support to resolve these issues, the service remains subpar. Each time I report the problem, I receive delayed responses or no effective solution, which is very frustrating and disappointing. The lack of consistent internet access has caused significant inconvenience and negatively impacted my productivity. I urge Zoom Fibre to address these issues promptly and improve the quality of their service. Reliable internet is essential in today’s world, and I expect better performance and customer care from a company of this stature. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and that swift action will be taken to restore the quality of service. So disappointed 😞 😔 😪 😕 with their service
