Request for refund please & it's now a month still no response or any feedback or assistance regarding the matter
For such a big brand I'm disappointed with the service and also the duration it takes for one to receive their online purchases the worst ever. Imagine ordering on the 15th August 2025 with the order not being picked up by Fastway couriers on top of that they don't reply emails nor phone calls NEVER AGAIN placing online orders at pirates store the service it's very poor....my invoice number/order number:158428/PS12766 send the courier company to pick up your items at pirates store, I phone the store or email no response till this day
Hi Im doing a follow up regarding the turn around time on my WiFi will be fixed within +-4hours, but to my surprise the WiFi still flashing a red light n been escalated earlier being told that technicians are on side (drieziek) but till currently still flashing a red light of which I paid for the service I never received & since been told that technicians will come through to my house n check the status n fix it but till this day nobody came nor contacted me Frustrated customer Macdonald Mollo Add:13565 4th Street orange farm, Johannesburg 0631280791
I have exhausted all communications that are available within my disposal,but as a customer I see been taken for a ride, I made payments n asked the service of my WiFi to be reinstated was told technicians are onsite but till this day my WiFi still not working, I've send emails n WhatsApp still no changes, whenever I ask for a refund I get no response because I cannot pay for the service I never used or received, These is their response since I logged the complain Thank you kindly for your patience, please note we have logged a ticket with technical support to assist further with your query. Good day I asked these people to remove my name from their system because their services it's poor n unreliable, now they are telling me to remove my name they need payed up letters from my debts but initially they told me they will assist n negotiate on my behalf to my debtors but they never did n they are service are poor.. van someone rescue me from these people it's been more than 5yrs

This is sham of a company n very much useless to me as a customer because I ordered my business things online from temu , I paid all the necessary amount required, but when it come to delivery they are telling me about bad roads which is totally lies n deceit from their side n I'm getting emails that I have received my package or orders n when ,now they they telling second delivery fee I ordered on the 30/09/2024 , now due to their failure to deliver I'm getting update my order has been returned to their warehouse, before I placed order from temu n my items were delivered by Skynet which their services are very excellent n their staff, but this useless Buffalo courier they dnt care about our small business....
