Bucs home jersey
Getting hold of them by phone call s a mission and a half, bought home jersey on vodapay app and only jerseys available are S and XXL, no other sizes for the past 4 weeks. You can't go to stadium to enjoy your team properly with jerseys pending. To top it off they don't answer their phones or email. Frustrating and very demoralizing

Worst online store.
One of the worst online stores you ll deal with, they don't answer their email or phone, more than 2 weeks l logged a return, item collected, no acknowledgement or any thing, just quiet, don't answer phone or email. Now you must be in the dark and wait on them. Very unprofessional and frustrating

One of the worst online stores you ll deal with, they don't answer their email or phone, more than 2 weeks l logged a return, item collected, no acknowledgement or any thing, just quiet, don't answer phone or email. Now you must be in the dark and wait on them. Very unprofessional and frustrating

Excessive delivery delays and Poor Communication
Poor communication and major delays. One item was unavailable, but I wasn't told until much later, and it took a full month to receive the rest of my order. Not a great first impression; I’m doubtful about using this service again.

No Response from Orlando Pirates Online Shop After Payment
This service is extremely disappointing. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I placed an order for items that were confirmed on 22 November 2025 and to date I have neither received the items nor any response. I have sent several emails without any reply and tried calling multiple times, but the calls do not go through. At this point, I feel as though I may have been ****med. This is horrible and unacceptable for a brand of this size.

This service is extremely disappointing. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I placed an order for items that were confirmed on 22 November 2025 and to date I have neither received the items nor any response. Paid for 2–3 Day Delivery, No Tracking or Communication After 5 Days
I am extremely disappointed with the service from the Orlando Pirates Shop, especially considering the stature of the Orlando Pirates brand. On 10 December 2025, I purchased an Orlando Pirates Jersey and paid extra for 2–3 working day delivery. Today is 15 December 2025, and I have not received a tracking number, my order, or any communication from the store or their courier. What makes this worse is that the contact number listed on their website (+27 11 935 1169) goes unanswered despite multiple attempts to call. I would like to understand why customers are charged extra for expedited delivery when the promised timeframe is not honoured. At the very least, I expect: A refund of the additional delivery fee, and A clear update on when my order will be delivered, including tracking details. This level of service lets down supporters and reflects poorly on what should be a professional and well-run institution. I hope this matter is addressed urgently.

Extremely Unprofessional

Ever since the introduction of online shopping, I have never looked back. But with this Pirates online store is nonsense. I have never experienced such a pathetic and disgusting and frustrating experience. I should have read the reviews first before placing my order with them. I regret every bit of it. No communication, no answer when calling the number on the invoice, sending emails no response. I feel like I have been ****med here. Over 3 weeks and has been quiet with my order. Big Warning: DONT BUY ON THIS PLATFORM. I need my money back I don’t even know how I’m gonna get it back. ****!!!
