I'm extremely disappointed with the online service of a prestigious institution like Orlando Pirates. The person handling the online service seems to lack knowledge of customer service. I purchased my third kit jersey on November 14th and, residing in Soweto, I still haven't received my order.
I contacted M-sure last Wednesday to request cancellation of my policy, and the agent I spoke with assured me that a cancellation form would be emailed to me. However, it's been nearly a week and I have yet to receive the form or a reference number.
I requested a return for an online order on the 19th of December 2024 and as of today (05 February 2025) they are yet to send a courier to collect the item! Almost 2 months later and no refund. I wanted to buy some end of season stuff on special but with this service I decided not buy because they take forever to deliver and collect their return.
On the 16th of May I went to Standard Bank Maponya Mall to open an estate late bank account the lady who works at the help desk said to me they longer open estate late accounts instantly, she said they need to verify some information she made a copy of my letter of executor and said they will be in touch in the next couple of days. I am still waiting for their call after I left my contact details with them.
I ordered a part online on 19 April 2024 I haven't received my order to date. I called their client service number and their online number rings forever with no answer.
Last month Telkom came into my account on the 22nd of December without confirming with me if I comfortable with the date and our agreed debit date is the 25th. The debit bounced because I wasn't paid yet I got paid on the 23rd they came back again on the 29th of December and they got their money, they are now charging me R 208.34 extra for the January on top of what we agreed on for the monthly payment. Telkom is a **** I cannot wait for the contract to end so that I can terminate it after 8 years being with them.
On the 23rd of November a truck driver from Coca-Cola bumped my vehicle and he failed to take accountability. I lodged a complaint, a gentleman by the name of Jacques called me and he asked me what transpired I explained everything and he said he will come back to me after they have watched the footage. I am still waiting for his call to date.
Today one of the Coca-Cola drivers bumped onto my vehicle on corner Booyesens Reserve and Crownhood Road and he failed to take accountability, I think he was on his phone when he bumped my vehicle. His Registration number is CL 93 GC GP I am now left with expenses because of his reckless driving.
I would like to write a review about Fly.Cool The service I received from Mapaseka was awesome. The reconnection did not take 5 minutes. I give her 9/10
