Made a request for a withdrawal on my investment on the 2nd of December 2025. On Sunday I receive an email saying I need to fill in some forms. I filled in the forms and sent them on Monday the 3rd. Today it’s the 12th of December and there’s no response. The call centre agents are so nonchalant when I request feedback. I am a fully entrenching customer with multiple policies and accounts however this behaviour is making me reconsider and move my business elsewhere. I even opened a new investment with Alex Forbes.
My experience has been awful and completely unprofessional. I ordered the third kit on November 14th, received absolutely zero feedback for almost 13 days, only for them to cancel the order via an after-hours email, blaming a "website error." Unacceptable service from the Pirates Shop staff. Save your time and frustration.
This is by far the worst service plan insurance I have ever had in my life. The claims consultants are arrogant and rude when you ask for clarity on the wording of their emails. I have been paying them like clock work every month since February 2023. When it’s time for me to claim I am told a story that there’s a discrepancy on my policy. I was told my policy needs to be amended before I can take my car in for service. An inconsiderate and greedy company. I hate the fact that I am associated with this company. I regret ever joining them and having faith that they will honour their end of the bargain.
I’ve been paying 1st for women for 8 years and had no claim except windscreen crack. I asked for my insurance to be reduced by 30 rand and they couldn’t even do that after 8 long years. It just shows you how greedy this company is
Penta motor group Hyundai Brits has the worst service I have ever experienced In 2016 I bought my first car there, with excitement I went to the dealership to collect my car and when I got there the staff couldn't find the car keys. They claimed that the sales person left with them. It was a horrible experience for a first time car owner. Fast forward 2023 (today) I bought a new car. Went to work hoping to get it then I get another disappointment as per usual. All of a sudden my car is not there. The shock and disappointment I got knowing that I gave these people the benefit of the doubt. I do not recommend Penta Motor Group Hyundai Brits if you want to purchase a new or used car. The only thing good and professional are the ladies that work down stairs in the service department. They are very nice and professional., cannot say the same about the guys upstairs especially the manager Michael. I am appalled at the service and would never buy a car there anymore. Disgusting unprofessional behaviour. They didn't have the decency of calling and apologising. Sickening
Woolworths Brits Mall. On Saturday the lady who works at the canteen refused for me and another customer to buy the last 2 roast chicken. She obviously was keeping it for someone else. Whatever happened to buying what you see? How can staff refuse to let you buy things. If you are keeping it for someone, rather remove it and place it somewhere. Rotten behaviour I tell you.
Bought my partner some running shoes and the delivery was quick and hassle free. The shoes were affordable for running shoes. Exceptional service. I will be ordering my own running shoes very soon.
The delivery was super fast but the quality is poor. Will use the "Gucci Bloom" as sort of a display because there's no scent there. Never buying from them ever again.
Whatever you do. Do not take out a contract with Cell C and then cancel it. They will blatantly switch off your access to the internet. I have had a contract with Cell C for over 5 to 6 years and this year I decided to cut down on my spending and decided not to renew my contract. Little did I know that I will soon have severe internet connection. I have been staying where I stay since birth and have never experienced internet connection problems before. But since I canceled my contract on the 11 May 2021 I have been struggling to even log in to my social media apps. I called them last week Thursday the 1st of July to enquire and they launched a supposed investigation. I was told it takes 2 business days to receive feedback. To this day I am still waiting. They don't even have the common decency to give me feedback. I am so happy to port to another network provider. I have suffered enough
