<p>I recently made a booking on line one week prior to the required pick up date. The date was 01 May which is a public holiday but nothing was said about this. I received a confirmation that my car would be ready for pick up at the Europcar in Fourways. I arrive on time at the Europcar to discover it is closed. I need this car as I do work and need to get to work on Tuesday. After trying to find a number to contact Holiday Autos I finally found it and was greated by an answering message saying that they were closed! How can a company that is supplying rental holiday cars be closed for any queries. Do they not deal with international holiday makers or business people? What kind of reputation are we giving our country. I have been put in a very difficult spot as now I have to organise for transport to drop my baby off at daycare as well as get to work. I will take this up with Holiday Auto tomorrow and will demand for a car to be delivered to me! I am very upset about this poor service!</p>
