My partner and I were hosted by the above-mentioned Hotel on 15 February checked out on the 17 February 2025. The place was amazing and its exactly as it is on the Booking.com. We enjoyed our stay, the staff at the reception was fantastic, welcoming. On our arrival, we were told that booking.com has cancel the booking, fortunately the payment was already made via their banking details, But we understood that it could be a reason I have contacted them to notify them with the issue of "My banking Card" nevertheless all was well, because they assured us to booked in with them as I loved the Hotel from the first time I saw. The food was awesome, tasty. the amenities were not far from the Hotel, also Mall of Africa is nearby. The safety is perfect, I would recommend to anyone to visit this Hotel, kids are also allowed.

I have so many complaints about this place i dont know where to begin. We checked in on the evening of the 15th February and was greeteed with no electricity which i have pictures of. We were under the impression that all hotels has generators but this one clealry didnt or ut wasnt working and it wasnt even during loadshedding hours since it was out from 7:30 in the evening until 1am the next morning. We got trapped in the lift between floors! Another who was claustrophobic passed out from being trapped in the lift for over 2hours. The bathrooms are so filthy they looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. In the 6hours of power outage, we could not use the aircon or the hairdryer even though the rooms itself had lights. I had to sleep with wet hair coz i only realised the hairdryer wasnt working after coming out of the shower. Before checking out on the morning of the 16th, there was another power outage. Theres no maintenance in the hotel and when asked for extra linen,we were told there is no linen because of load shedding!!!!

As the records will show this is the 3rd time i am disgusted at the poor quality of service i receive from this hotel and I am a very regular customer, i checked in on the 30/04/2016 about 7pm and upon my arrival the guy at reception gave me a wrong room which was occupied as i put the key to open the door the occupant came out screaming at me which was totally embarrassing, i was then moved to room 335 as i entered i noticed the aircon was not working, the glasses were filthy messed with food stains and the plug sockets was not working, by the way the aircon could not be fixed, i was then checked into room 330 and i waited for almost an hour to receive coffee and milk sachets. its like every time this hotel receive complaints the service gets even worst, have had enough and this will be published in the newspaper.
