I ordered food on the 24 September 2025. I was told that my order will be delivered in and hour and half times. I decided to call Hollywood 1 hour later and they told me they cancelled my order and can not deliver because it's not in their radius. I asked for my money back, they told me to come to Springfield and pick it up. I told them I don't have transport, they told me the finance department is sorting it out. Until now no one has called me and I did not receive my money , over 1 week later. Their customer service is pathetic and dissaponting, you appalled by this service.
