disappointed customers

I've just been to their take away outlet and am disgusted with the pathetic slow service it took me almost half an hour to get 3 beans bunnies which should have taken no more than 10 minutes it took the lady 5 minutes to take my order after chatting on her cell phone whilst I waited for service definitely a no return from me
