HOLSTER SA NEW OWNERS SO UNHELPFUL & UNFRIENDLY

Holster SA has been sold and have moved from Durban to Cpt. The new owners are not helpful or friendly at ALL. I have at least 20 pairs of holsters and was also listed as a stylist, I have never had an issue until now. I contacted the new owners advising that i have lost a stone on one of my shoes, they were not helpful at all and just said the stock you see here is what we have we cant help you with that style you have. Told me I can contact Australia myself if I want to find out if the can help me with a new stone.
