Appalling shopping experience

Extremely uncouth and hostile attitude towards customers when poor quality items are being returned for refund. I returned a computer mouse and was refused a refund. I was told no refund, no exchange. Pathetic and non-existent customer service. Needless to say l will NOT ever purchase from this store again.
