The customer service is extremely bad .No responses to emails,calls nor what’s app once they get your payment .Order get acknowledged then they go silent .i have waiting for my order its been a week now.

I just want my refund at this point .You service is bad .I will buy at other retailers.I regret entrusting you with my couch need.
