No communication, no product and no refund

I have made a purchase on the 15th of December 2025. I received my notification that my order was ready for dispatch on 18 December 2025. I should wait for courier information to follow. I have not received anything after continuous and failed attempts to contact the company I eventually received a notification of confirmation of my refund for my order they never delivered It's been more then a week and I have not received any refund, any attempt to communicate with the company goes unanswered and should this continue I will make a legal case of theft at the police station because this is unacceptable.
