No communication, no product and no refund
No communication, no product and no refund I have made a purchase on the 15th of December 2025. I received my notification that my order was ready for dispatch on 18 December 2025. I should wait for courier information to follow. I have not received anything after continuous and failed attempts to contact the company I eventually received a notification of confirmation of my refund for my order they never delivered It's been more then a week and I have not received any refund, any attempt to communicate with the company goes unanswered and should this continue I will make a legal case of theft at the police station because this is unacceptable.

Anonymous: Horrible Technology
This is the worst technology I have ever used!!!!!!! 3 Months after my Lenovo warranty expired my Laptop expired as well. After using all their suggestion on their help site it still does not work. This is not reliable at all. If you want a laptop that works for more than a year use another brand because Lenovo will just let you down Stay away from this product.
