on the 11th of April i went to Woodlands store to ask if i can exchange a damaged item as i bought it in Centurion. i was asked what did i do to it and if that wasn't bad enough i went back around 5pm to exchange and i was given bad attitude,i was approached by the same lady who was very rude as if i should know their company policy. i walked in with their store bag and she said i should not walk into the store and browse with the bag, i said i have a slip in the bag and she rudely said i didn't ask you if you have a slip.
such bad manners, i went there to exchange but her ill mannered behavior made me take a refund instead of exchanging Nxa
