Good day Retha, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service I am receiving from you. It’s almost a year now ever since I started dealing with you, what I have observed about you is that you take pride in your work, you are very professional, agile and you continuously provide feedback. You even go beyond the call of duty, even when I called you after hours and on weekends you were always helpful. Thank you for prioritizing your customers and stepping up to assist my tenants whenever there was a need. As am I staying in Durban, my mind was at peace, and I was comfortable that everything was under control. You’ve taken a big load off my shoulder so that I could focus on other things, and I thank you for that. I wish you all the best in 2025, please keep up the good work.
