It’s almost a year now ever since I started dealing with you, what I have observed about you is that you take pride in your work, you are very professional, agile and you continuously provide feedback. You even go beyond the call of duty, even when I called you after hours and on weekends you were always helpful. Thank you for prioritizing your customers and stepping up to assist my tenants whenever there was a need. As am I staying in Durban, my mind was at peace, and I was comfortable that everything was under control. You’ve taken a big load off my shoulder so that I could focus on other things, and I thank you for that. I wish you all the best in 2025, please keep up the good work.

Hollow experience
After our business, which included purchase and rentals, concluded I was struck by the following: Compared to other rental agencies, HFC seems inexperienced. Overall poor quality of work with a sporadic and acute lack of industry knowledge. Now that I have dealt with other more reputable companies I've noticed what good quality administrative, legal work, communication actually looks like. It is unfortunate that HFC cannot measure up. I would not recommend HFC as my "go to" realtor. This does not mean that they are necessarily bad I just believe when buying or handling an important asset one should work with a team that feels the same way about the matter and has the cognition to match.

We could not be happier with our estate agent KYM POLLARD in Southbroom, selling our house in September 2024
Kym made selling our house a smooth and pleasant experience, she was extremely helpful and responsive. Kym was knowledgeable and had our best interest in mind. Kym truly did not disappoint and surpassed every expectation we had for a real estate agent. Not only is Kym professional and competent in her role, but she is also very charismatic, making all communication with her enjoyable. Quick responses to messages and calls and regular updates throughout the process showcased her dedication. We felt confident and well informed every step of the way. Highly appreciate her dedication to both expertise and genuine human connection. We highly recommend Kym for anyone seeking a dedicated and effective real estate partner. PS. Kym sold our property in record time. Could not believe it.

We have an open door policy, and will sort out any concern within the constraints of the industry and the law. Our track record dealing with thousands of buyers, sellers, owners and tenants, over our more than 9 years in existance, should be the only testament that matters. We get a clear audit on property related matters every year which in itself is a testament of how we operate. But, we cannot always keep everyone happy if requests are outside of the law, or outside our scope of work.

Unprofessional and USELESS!!!!
Worst company ever. Their contract looks like a three year old wrote it with a crayon. Their inspections are literally just pencil on one piece of paper. They don’t give back deposits even after damages occurred. No communication whatsoever with owners. Stay far the **** away from these moegoes.

You need to be careful when dealing with them. I sold my property through home finders coastal, shelly beach. I lost a huge sum of money. when I demanded to know why my money is not complete, they sent a list of invoices to me. The question is, why they didn't show these invoices for me to approve? obviously I wouldn't agree to some of them. . I was so angry and confronted them. Linda De Agrela even told me, some of the money deducted was a mistake and they will refund part of it. Just imagine
