Frogfoot Fibre

No movies for Christmas, sorry neh
It’s been almost 24 hours of no wifi in our neighborhood over Christmas… the reason is because they use old infrastructure that couldn’t handle the “load” at once. Frogfoot is also not communicating with their clients “Engineers are on it” isn’t good enough, we want to know how long your engineers will be on it? No man. Now I have to sit and make small talk the whole day instead of enjoying my TV like I wanted to.

Paw paw wireless

spam spam wireless
In an era where anyone can reach you, spammers like these paw paw wireless people take advantage of that liberty and cause distrust in all consumers. I resent how they got my personal details and revoke consent to be contacted by them.

Smoke and Mirrors
They don't represent each member in an equal manner. They don't advocate for the collective good. They don't follow up on many promises made. Poor communication across the board. Not nearly enough political sway to make changes as they promise in their vision. The only thing SAMA seems to get right is their monthly debit order from your account.

Please assist
As a doctor, I cannot understand why the turn around time for an HbA1c is more than 6 days. I also had a case where one of my patients’ Rheumatoid Factor was not done because the lab was “out of stock for the necessary reagin” to perform the test. I understand that there’s a systemic failure of the health care system in SA, but this is becoming outrageous. Please, I beg of you, do better at Tembisa Hospital and Charolette Maxexe NHLS!

Vodacom

Rip off
I signed a sim only contract with Vodacom for 80 GB for R400/m. There since, we have been billed R800 and R700... we don’t buy any additional data, we didn’t subscribe to any other package and we don't have any other devises. Now they are billing us for things we never even asked for.. The Vodacom cellphone app NEVER works. I’m really not exaggerating. The App always says “Oops, something went wrong”. So I cannot access my own contract details or invoices. When you call them their call centers are unnecessarily complicated and the call centre operators throw policies in your face when you only wanted info. I didn’t find them helpful. At all. I can’t help but feel that Vodacom is being unfair. If you’re a paying customer, you’re not just paying for the data and devices but also for services that go with them. Therefore Vodacom is a ripoff because they treat you like a *****, They ***** you, you pay and then go... then they don’t want anything to do with you. Utterly bad.

Renault South Africa

Do we not deserve good service?

I've recently had the privilige (sarcasm intended), to come across Renault in East London more specifically their parts and service departments. My Renault was broken into recently (about 4 weeks ago) and there are some parts that needed urgent replacement. The following morning I phoned Renault in EL and spoke to a lady who sounded like every singe syllable she had to say was an effort, it felt like every question that I asked wasn't important to her and that some how I'm wasting her time. She eventually transferred me to their parts department where I spoke to a young man called C, he was very helpful initially because he explained to me that the parts I needed had to be ordered from France (gasp) and that it may take anything from 8 days up to 2 weeks. [The parts I needed for may car is the type of parts you cannot drive without]. So what he was actually telling me was that I might sit without a car for up to 2 weeks... I went ahead and payed for the parts anyway because what can you do? I understood that they had to ship in the parts, I asked C to keep me informed about the process.

Every time I phoned his office he wasn't there or someone else would pick up the phone saying "ya sorry C only works till 1"... So the next day I phone before 1 and..."ya sorry he's not here today"..."ya sorry he's out on lunch"... the excuses go on and on and on!Eventaully C decided that he, infact, did have a job and went into the office and picked up the phone and confirmed that my parts had arrived. Some days I wish I could only work till 1! This guy gets paid to do JACK all day long, quite frankly I'm a bit envious.

I phoned the next morning to confirm wheather I can come through to EL to have the new parts installed, C said that he'll have to patch me through to the services department in a very digusted tone of voice.

At the service center a lady called A picked up the phone and then... then they got my motor running. She greeted me nicely but thereafter the niceties stopped, she was very rude about my situation. I asked her if I could come on Friday she replied "sorry but we can't do that, it's too busy then", I asked her what about the weekend and she replied "sorry we're closed" eventaully she took the initiative and said "you can come on Moday, we're open then. Don't book a time just come". I also wish I didn't have to work over weekends! ha-ha fancy that! Life would be so much better if the whole world stood still over the weekends... I think Renault EL is onto something here... you only have to work till 1 every day... go for lunch 3 times a day and you get to do zip the whole weekend! Am I in the wrong industry?

I'm a medical doctor in another town in the Transkei, I don't have the time to "just come on moday"! Leave is something you have to organise a long time beforehand, it's not like my patients will just conveiniantly not get sick the days I'm not around, people depend on me, I take care of people. Even after I explained this to her she said unsympathetically "well sorry SIR you'll come on monday".

First of all dear, when you adress a person you use their title mine is DOCTOR not sir or mister becuse unlike you I had to work long days and over weekends to earn that title... Secondly, why do I have to fight with these people? Are we (Renault owners and car owners in general) not entitled to good service? Why do I have to begg for good service, why should I be treated like dirt even though I'm friendly?

What would it be like if you went and saw your doctor and he behaved so unprofessionally like that? Would you take that, of course not! So why should I be held to such high standards but as soon as I need silly parts fixed to my car I get treated like dirt?!

After my experience with Renault EL I feel inferior and angry but mostly dissapointed... I'm considering trading in my car, not because there's something worng with my car, in fact I love my car, but because I never want to work with the lazy and unprofessional staff of Renault EL again.

Come on guys, if you work with people have some respect for them... I feel I shouldn't even have to explain this but clearly someone should.

VlamGat95
