standard bank home loan is running a ****. I paid off my house and decided to sell it. After home finders south coast sold my property, R3500 was demanded by standard bank as an outstanding balance on my home loan. When I challenged Linda De agrela of Home finders south coast on this amount, she says standard bank demanded the amount so I must contact them. I called SBHL but they keep sending me from pillar to post.
I traveled overseas and my account is blocked. Now I can't pay my bills, child support etc. I risk been blacklisted. I've sent several emails to SB but have been ignored. I'm very irritated and confused now
Wait till you apply for a claim, that's when you hear all sort of grammar explaining why they won't pay. Firstly, my property was vandalised and I submitted for claim, the excuse they gave for not paying was shocking. Secondly, the storm in KZN resulted in roof leak. I called for claim and it took their disrespectful contractor forever to come. When he came, he refused to even climb the roof to see where the?leak is coming from. He just Sw the water dripping down the wall and he concluded that he got what he wants. Ooba refused to pay, citing lack of maintenance. I wonder how they came to that conclusion.

Worst bank with overseas services. I traveled abroad and capitec blocked my card. I sent them several messages and called them several times but no response. Now I can't swipe/withdraw money for my living expenses and I'm stuck abroad with no money.
My account is blocked and I can't access it. I traveled overseas and I need to pay my bills in SA. I risk loosing the insurance on my house too. I contacted capitec with several emails but they ignore my messages. I called their customer support helpline from abroad, I hold on the line nd spent ¥100 (R260) worth of airtime, nobody picked up.
