Home finders must have money issues
I would like to bring under your attention that the staff from home finders East Rand is not reliable. I don't know if they have money issues, or if they just don't care. I made a deposit on which I needed to get a refund and they have been promising "this week" for a month now. Now that I am upset as I am a single woman who needs my money, they turn spiteful and said I can wait for the end of the month. Please be careful of these people and make sure you pay over the correct amount to them because you are not going to get your money back from them.

Worst Experience with Rione
I had the worst experience dealing with Rione, her office doesn't bother responding to emails. Rentals from tenant were always paid late with no updates unless you do follow ups. She was great in selling me the property but terrible in managing the same property for me. I wouldn't recommend if you value your peace of mind.

Worst Experience with Rione
I had the worst experience dealing with Rione, her office doesn't bother responding to emails. Rentals from tenant were always paid late with no updates unless you do follow ups. Tandy ****inson has been our agent for the past year and has sold 2 of the 3 properties we entrusted to her. The third one was just listed. Both the previous properties was sold within 3 months. We love working with Tandy. She is an experienced estate agent with a kind heart, and really understands the different circumstances of each client. She goes out of her way to make things work, and she is honest and trustworthy. She gives excellent advice and her knowledge of the property market is outstanding.

Be vigilant when dealing with them
You need to be careful when dealing with them. I sold my property through home finders coastal, shelly beach. I lost a huge sum of money. when I demanded to know why my money is not complete, they sent a list of invoices to me. The question is, why they didn't show these invoices for me to approve? obviously I wouldn't agree to them and I’d rather look for a cheaper option. I was so angry and confronted them. Linda De Agrela even told me, some of the money deducted was a mistake and they will refund part of it. Just imagine

Be very careful with whom you deal regarding real estate.
Absolute nightmare to deal with Home Finders Margate. I personally, a while back also experienced, actually uncovered a scam, when a Home Finder agent called me regarding a property I advertised in SanLameer. They thought I was stupid and long story short THEY bite the dust. If you call the branch and ask to speak to the office Manager, she is to quote her office staff " a bit under the weather" Seems it is not only the manager but also the person responsible to manage keys of homeowners. When you explained what your problem is, (TO A RECEPTIONIST) and request to collect YOUR KEY OF YOUR UNIT the lady say you are extremely rude. When the manager is "a bit under the weather" the receptionist have the office authority! Well sadly attack to defend is a popular attitude but will not bring you any success. Customer care is not very highly rated as I experienced now twice... I don't have to listen to a lady insulting me after requesting my key! who without a doubt need customer etiquette and customer service training. Probably the reason why Home finders is not top of the list when it comes to popularity in Margate. Word of mouth is such a strong medium of advertising. Specially negative. Sadly same old same,-receiving a paycheque is a guaranteed income. If one unhappy customer walks out, so what, hopefully a next person will walk in. JUST a warning to the public....Google real estate companies, especially on the South Coast and deal with the Leaders- SEEFF, TYSON PROPERTIES, PAM GOLDING, follow the leaders because their reputation and word of mouth advertising is their 1st priority and so is their clients Why would you treat clients with top customer care? if you lose one unhappy customer the next one will hopefully walk in, within a day or 2) compared to a owner of a business who treat clients with respect, take care of their personal belongings in a safe place of storage! and deliver the service! to ensure you put bread on the table. If you cannot even trust them with your key? What kind of service do you expect.
