Home finders must have money issues

I would like to bring under your attention that the staff from home finders East Rand is not reliable. I don't know if they have money issues, or if they just don't care. I made a deposit on which I needed to get a refund and they have been promising "this week" for a month now. Now that I am upset as I am a single woman who needs my money, they turn spiteful and said I can wait for the end of the month. Please be careful of these people and make sure you pay over the correct amount to them because you are not going to get your money back from them.
