I personally, a while back also experienced, actually uncovered a scam, when a Home Finder agent called me regarding a property I advertised in SanLameer. When the manager is "a bit under the weather" the receptionist have the office authority! Well sadly attack to defend is a popular attitude but will not bring you any success. Customer care is not very highly rated as I experienced now twice... I don't have to listen to a lady insulting me after requesting my key! who without a doubt need customer etiquette and customer service training. Probably the reason why Home finders is not top of the list when it comes to popularity in Margate. Word of mouth is such a strong medium of advertising. Specially negative. Sadly same old same,-receiving a paycheque is a guaranteed income. If one unhappy customer walks out, so what, hopefully a next person will walk in. JUST a warning to the public....Google real estate companies, especially on the South Coast and deal with the Leaders- SEEFF, TYSON PROPERTIES, PAM GOLDING, follow the leaders because their reputation and word of mouth advertising is their 1st priority and so is their clients Why would you treat clients with top customer care? if you lose one unhappy customer the next one will hopefully walk in, within a day or 2) compared to a owner of a business who treat clients with respect, take care of their personal belongings in a safe place of storage! and deliver the service! to ensure you put bread on the table. If you cannot even trust them with your key? What kind of service do you expect.
