Speak to me, and I will asssit
As CEO of this company I want to ask any person out there to contact me on 076 618 5578 should you want to discuss any matter regarding us. We have an open door policy, and will sort out any concern within the constraints of the industry and the law. Our track record dealing with thousands of buyers, sellers, owners and tenants, over our more than 9 years in existance, should be the only testament that matters. We get a clear audit on property related matters every year which in itself is a testament of how we operate. But, we cannot always keep everyone happy if requests are outside of the law, or outside our scope of work.

Worst possible service ever
<p>In March 2016 I got 2 unlimited call packages. In May I got a notification around the 23rd that I am aboutt to breach the 150 unique numbers for the month. I tried to phone them but could not get hold of them. On the 30th I was again sent a message that I have breached and will be put on the R300 airtime package. Since this sms I have tried to resolve the issue with them without any response. First time I called I was told that I was informed that I am going to breach the contract so they did inform me. To the question where do I check how much unique numbers I dialled they said that I should phone them, which I told them I did. Then I was told that I should have sent a whatsapp. Now, after lots of unanswered whatsapps and lots more calls to get this sorted I still do not have any response. Big problem here is that the number in question is still in use and has a bill of over R1000 already. I do not understand how companies like this is allowed to operate. They have no way for you as customer to check your usage either through their cellphone app or website, and their messagges are generic. No info to help you. And they do not accept any responsibily for this. Even voice messages left on their number has not been returned 20 days later. There is also no way to speak to anyone in higher authority and the call centre does not help at all. I wish I could rate them even worse than what is allowed here. I will also endevour to spread the word on their lack of service. Useless company to say the least</p>
