Hollow experience

After our business, which included purchase and rentals, concluded I was struck by the following: Compared to other rental agencies, HFC seems inexperienced. Overall poor quality of work with a sporadic and acute lack of industry knowledge. Now that I have dealt with other more reputable companies I've noticed what good quality administrative, legal work, communication actually looks like. It is unfortunate that HFC cannot measure up. I would not recommend HFC as my "go to" realtor. This does not mean that they are necessarily bad I just believe when buying or handling an important asset one should work with a team that feels the same way about the matter and has the cognition to match.
