TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

i would not recommend their service. They came fixed my chest freezer in May 2025, instead of checking the fault they just fixed it firstly and forced me to pay an astronomical amount. It is August the freezer is giving the same problem they refuse to come and assist to look at it or anything they just inform me that it will be a separate fee for a new job. Customer service is pathetic. I was told it was a 6 month warranty and they refuse to assist.
