WHAT A TOTAL USELESS ******* COMPANY, WHO TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE DOGS, AND THEY CONTINUE TO LIE TO US, EVEN AFTER WE HAVE SPENT ALOT OF MONEY WITH THEM OVER THE YEARS. I WAS SO DISGUSTED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED TO ME YESTERDAY, WHERBY I CALLED THE USELESS HOME HYPER CITY IN PRETORIA CBC. I SAW A FREEZER ADVERTISED ON THE BIRTHDAY SPECIAL FOR A 299LT AT R 3 599-00. I THEN CALLED THE STORE, AND SPOKE TO WUNAND, WHICH NOT ONLY IS USELESS, BUT HE CONTINUED TO LIE, AND PUT EXCUSE ON TOP OF EXCUSE. I TOLD HIM, I SAW THE PPROMOTION ONLINE, AND I EVEN GAVE WYNARD THE CODE. HE CONFIRMED THEY DID HAVE THE STOCK ON HAND. THEN HE TOLD ME THAT PROMOTION WAS FINISHED. I THEN TOLD HIM, WHY IS IT STILL ADVERTISES. HE THEN TOLD ME THEY FORGOT TO TAKE IT OFF. I THEN TOLD HIM, THAT IS NOT MY FAULT. YOU ADVERTISE A PRODUCT, KEEP TO YOUR PROMISE TO THE CUSTOMER. THE PRICE WE SEE IS THE PRICE WE PAY. HE THEN TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. AFTER MORE THAN 3 HOURS THE USELESS WYNARD, AS A **** IS IS, NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I SPEND THE HOUR CALLING THE HOME HYPER CENTRE, MORE THAN 18 TIMES, WITH NO ANSWER. I THEN CALLED WITH A DIFFERENT NUMBER, AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGE. I WAS TOLD THE STORE MANAGER DOES NOT WORK ON HOLIDAYS. I TRIED SPEAKKING TO WYNARD, BUT AGAIN, HE DOESNT WANT TO ANSWER MY CALL. BUT HOME HYPER CITY IS GLAD TO MISLEAD THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND DO FALSE ADVERTISING, WHICH IS SO DISGUSTING, AND NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO DO BUSINESS. BUT THEN AGAIN, THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONEST WITH THIER CUSTOMERS, SO I AM NOT SURPRISED. TODAY, WEDNESDAY, I THE STUPID CUSTOMER, AFTER SO MANY YEAS OF SPENDING MONEY THERE, CALLED AGAIN, WHERBY A LADY CALLED FATIMA, ANSWERED MY CALL. I ASKED HER TO PUT ME THROUGH TO THE MANAGER, SHE THEN PUT ME THROUGH TO OMAR, WHICH AGAIN, JUST LIKE WYNARDS, IS USELESS, AND NOT WILLING TO ATTEND TO ME. THEN THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. WELL, WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER EXPECT FROM A COMPANY THAT MISLEADS THEM, AND THAT IS NOT HONEST???? AGAIN AFTER A FEW MORE ATTEMPTS , I AGAIN SPOKE TO FATIMA, WHO I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER, SHE TOLD ME, AMED IS THE STORE MANAGER, HE IS ON PRAYER, AND THAT HE WILL CALL ME SOON. A FEW HOURS LATER, AFTER SO MANY TIMES CALLING HOME HYPER CITY, AGAN FATIMA ANSWRS MY CALL. NOW I ASK HER TO PUT ME THROUGH TO AMED. WOW.. WOW.!!!!!!! BELIVE IT OR NOT, FATIMA TELL ME AMED DID NOT COME TO THE STORE TODAY...>!!!! WOW.. A FEW HOURS EARLIER, SHE USED THE EXCUSE OF PRAYERS TO TELL ME AMED WAS BUSY, AND NOW SHE TELLS ME HE DID NOT COME TO THE STORE!!!!?????? REALLY?? HOW CAN SUCH A COMPANY USE LIES OF RELIGION, AND THEN, CHANGE THEIR STORY AGAIN??? ALL WANTED WAS THE RIGHT PRICE I SAW, AND CUSTOMERS SERVICE.. I NEVER ASKED FOR MORE. BUT THIS LYING AND DISHONEST COMPANY WILL FIND A MIILION EXCUSES TO EVADE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY WITH THE. AFTER I SPENT SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY TO CALL THEM, AND THEY TREAT ME LIKE A DOG?????? NO WAYS... I WILL ASK THE COMMUNITY, AND THE PEOPLE IN GENERAL, TO PLEASE NOT BUY AT HOME HYPER CITY, LETS BOYCOTT THEM, UNTILL THEY LOOK AFTER TIER CUSTOMERS, AND UNTILL THEY ARE HONEST, AND DONT MISLEAD THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH FALSE ADVERTISING PRICES... LETS NOT SHOP THEY... LETS ALL GO TO OTHER STORES WHO WILL TREAT US BETTER AND NOT LIE TO US.... HOME HYPER CITY IS A DISGRACE... THEY ARE ****S, THEY ARE NOT HONEST.. AFTER SO MANY YEARS OF BUYING BY THEM, I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN, SET FOOT ON THAT USELESS, DISHONEST STORE... NEVER EVER AGAIN............
