I bought a bedroom suit from Senex Gezina of which a deposit of R27 000 was paid on 12 Jun 2024, it was delivered and was not happy since it looked horrible as if it was used called them that I'm not happy. They promises to exchange it of which on the 18th June they delivered another set. It's unfortunate that the 2nd one was in a bad condition and informed the lady Manager Ausi Linky at Gezina that I don't need the goods and that I cancell the contract. Linky Manager at Gezina informed me that refund will be done after 20day, its almost 2month waiting for my refund and lot of stories told Area Manager stories. Worst-case now I'm receiving threatening msg and calls from their Debt collection (NDR) for collection even though the debit order went through. The service and the furniture was it a bad state even though their sales Consultant are good. HomeItalia it's a bad experience
