Outright ****. They have no show room and the address on their website is shared office space. Once they have received payment, they request further payments for 'delivery insurance' and then do not respond to texts or phone calls or emails.

Absolute ****. Once an order has been placed and paid for (they request payment via EFT btw), they will ask for a further amount to be paid for 'delivery insurance' despite stating on their website that delivery is free.
