Bad customer service @home online

Order no:p297506449 Ayesha johaar my last contact which promised to track my order from last week but hasn't come back to me and advise on the status of my order and over 3 months I have been querying this order. My napkin ring I received 6 and shot of 6. Very disappointed about how they treated me as a customer. How can I queried for 3 months and still don't get help.

I will not leave this, until I get it.
