I have ordered bedding in March 2020 but I have never received my bedding as I foned, send emails but nobody is helping me for my order they all telling me they will get back to me but no one. I have been sending emails to Thozeka tokwe which lastly told me that she no longer working in client service dept she will refer my email to client service team leader which tl never contact me. I am very disappointed with home choice service which is not the first time I am experiencing bad service. It is 4months now I haven't received my bedding and it is an essential product. We went to Shoprite West Street next to Edgars on the 27 August 2019 to buy some groceries. We bought a bran ****in which was undercooked /half cooked /not risen before baked/it was a dough, which is not the first time we experienced the same thing, we bought mini banana loaf bread with the same problem we had to throw it away. Order no:p297506449 Ayesha johaar my last contact which promised to track my order from last week but hasn't come back to me and advise on the status of my order and over 3 months I have been querying this order. My napkin ring I received 6 and shot of 6. Very disappointed about how they treated me as a customer. How can I queried for 3 months and still don't get help. I will not leave this, until I get it. Napkin Ring Good afternoon My name is Mrs Nonhlanhla Liphapang I have ordered online on the 22/04/2019, I have recieved my order on the 29/04/2019 and I discovered that my order is short of 9 napkin rings I only recieved 3. I send an email regarding this ref:Rm 174849 and they only send me another 3 =6 recieved. I did a follow up of the rest of my napkin ring on the 30th May 2019 they responded and said they re checking on other warehouses if they can get the 6 that I am short of. On the 19th May again I did a follow up and Nishaat Norodien was very unhelpful and couldn't understand my query at all, I had to send him my receipt order receipt before he understood but still he didn't help. On the 27th May I followed up and Donita Bredekamp asked me to confirm the 6 that I have recieved and tell her/him my nearest @Home store which I did. I never hear anything from @home since the 27May 2019. The whole month I have been querying about this but no joy. I ordered 12 napkin rings but only recieved 6 short of 6 I am very disappointed about the service. If they don't have enough stock why they said they've got it when I order online. Chicken licken Smith street Durban opposite hubb store On 24 February 19 @12:08 I went to chicken licken to buy lunch for my family, I was served by the Indian guy at the till point using my bank card , I usually go there and buy almost every Sundays. It was the first time be serviced by that guy, I knew exactly what I want, which I told him what I want (2×Rock my souls that comes with chips, normally is R40 something not sure of the price exactly) but he keeps on asking me, large or medium chips,But I said they never ask me that, which means is medium chips cos are small. When I check on my slips he ordered chip separately and meat separately. I went back to him because I see there was a mis understanding on my order, he refuse to cancel or amend my order, 'unfortunately we cannot cancel or amend your order because this is a debit order from your account', After that he ignored me and he helped another clients. I just lost the appetite emmediately. What I know is that : There is no transaction that cannot be reversed or amended. The service I have experienced today was so disappointing before he even helped me the lady that was in front of me before he finished with her he called me, he don't finished the client completely before helping another one. I saw him that he is not listening what I am telling him, he want to give me what he want 'more chips which I don't want. I have left everything in the store because I am not willing to take something that I didn't order. I need my money back, Which so called 'Manager' can treat customers like this imaging how the staff is going to treat their customers . I am Nonhlanhla a very unhappy customer of shoprite, I went to shoprite Smith Street Durban cbd to buy sugar 25kg I was told that they don't have it in stock, I ask the stock manager to order for me I need it, even previous years I used to buy from them 25kg sugar. I was told that they don't order anymore. The stock manager phoned somebody, on which he also didn't help. I have escalated the matter into their regional manager by the name of Preme Naidoo who's in charge of stock in Durban, on which he also didn't help me, he ask me to take 12,5kg I said to him because I travel with this 25kg I cannot cos 12.5 is going to be so many cos it will be easy for me to buy the big one, I have also asked him that because I am using shoprite stamp that I have been saving for the whole year for this sugar atleast please can I exchange those stamp into cash, so I can go and buy to the wholesalers around Dbn. He refuse and his attitude was not pleasing. I am very disappointed that a very big company like shoprite they not satisfying their customers needs especially to those that got their "stamps" I don't know what am I gonna do with this stamps cos the purpose of saving them didn't work because of them. I am stuck now with this shoprite stamps. I don't have extra cash atleast somewhere else. I am buying groceries every day from they and during festive season I am buying bulk, but the service that I am getting with this managers is pathetic, they don't care and not even showing that they are trying to help me,they want you to take whatever they tells you. I wish that the big companies like this they take people that value the customer service and go extra mile for the customers and people that fit their clients shoes. Shoprite, they are not practising what they preach about customer service Please help because I need this as urgent because this was suppose to be gone by now. I have phoned and send emails so many times from homechoice to request for my account to be closed but that never happened .since i have been their client their service is pathetic. The reason why i closed my account i have been experiencing bad service to them so i dont want to deal with them anymore i want my account to be closed thats all
