Matthew Tarry of Hometown properties is rude

Saw a property on property24 made an enquiry received a voice note from the agent Matthew Tarry,he was rude and didn't want to arrange a viewing of the property,never have I dealt with such a rude estate agent his attitude was go view with another agent I have the exclusive mandate for this premises for 3 months,don't know if this is what this agency is about,rude and don't treat clients with respect,stay away from this agency.
