Pathetic service from Samsung I have many Samsung appliances and trusted this brand my washing machine recently needs repairs Samsung and their repair centre SSS CELLULAR refuse to assist,pathetic service,I already had the machine accessed by Bergens and bearings and spider needs to be replaced all I need is a quote yet they still want to come to see the machine to charge call out fee,pathetic service wil never support this useless brand again
I have been a law on call customer for several years and decided to use this service for the first time and the consultant was rude and did not understand my problem and then just transferred me ,please can you get someone to call me and cancel this useless service I will get a lawyer that I will pay for out of my own pocket as this law on call is a ****.Rather take legalwise than this pathetic product.
I requested a quote on my Samsung washing machine and a technician came on site and stated that he suspects the bearings need to be changed and stated that they will send me a quote and they then took the machine away,I then received a quote and hour later for an amount of R1660 and there was a quote number and it stated 2 x bearings and oil seal needs replacement I have the go ahead and they even gave a thumbs up.I received a call from a lady from that branch stating that I need to pay another R1200 for another part,she was extremely rude and stated she owned the store which I found out later was incorrect,I called the owner John and explained to him the situation to which he initially agreed then he calls me back and takes his staff part stating that they do initial assessment which happened and then further assessment which is a load of **** as why would you provide a quote and then give a further amount this is ********* and unprofessional...please don't Burgens yoi will regret it,unprofessional and ********* behaviour!!!
We just signed up for a rain device money was already taken out and it's been about 7 days no delivery and constant follow ups.Regret taking service from rain but thank god it's month to month so we will definitely be cancelling this next month,imagine being charged a pro rata already and not even having the device or service,stay away if you want poor pathetic service .
I visited the drive through last week on the 26/01/2026 I ordered a veggie wrap with cheese ,a quarter chicken meal extra hot and well-done ,Starter *****s well done as well,extra sauce.i get to the collection window and the order is not well done and there is no cheese as I was not charged for it as the cashier who took down my order left it out,anyway I accept this and collect my meal,my wife was disappointed but we all make mistakes so let it be. I visited the drive through today at about 15:15 there is no response after several minutes,so I go to the next window,there is no cashier but I can hear laughter at the back,I go to the collection window I ask the staff member why there is nobody at the drive through and at the cashiers window they call the manager Conny,who makes an excuse the cashier went to get a new headphones,she then takes my order by writing on a till slip,I give her my order and also explain how frustrating this service and experience is ordering particularly from this store she then requests that I pay untapped my card and I am handed a receipt. The drive through starts getting busy and I look at my receipt and see yet again an item is not on my receipt,I call the manager and inform her that the Mac and cheese I ordered is not on my receipt,she apologises and says she did not hear me. Then the cashier informs the other clients on the drive through that I refuse to move from the front of the drive through,which I was never told to park in the designated waiting bays,which was full anyway.Otjer clients starting blasting their hooters using vulgar languages as well as ****** remarks to me cos they thought this was my fault and I was standing at the front of the line for no reason,they were also getting their orders faster and their orders were handed to them through the cashier window. This was a very traumatic experience and I hate to think what could have happened ,I could have been assaulted and all for supporting Nandos.... Now guys I ask you how many times must I complain which clearly is falling on deaf ears as nothing is improving at this store and I said it in the past but this time I mean it,I will not be returning to this pathetic store and I think that management should intervene as enough is enough,I could have been injured and the remarks hurdled at me were hurtful.I support Nandos weekly and my minimum spend is R200 Rands or even more weekly but I really can't take this poor pathetic service anymore.
I visited the restaurant inside the casino on the 26/01/2026 the waitress who served me seemed uninterested and brought my G****tiser which was warm and did not even offer me ice,I requested it and asked the waitress why she didn't bring it in the first instance as the drink was warm,she kept quite,I ordered two starters chicken livers with bread and calamari ,the chicken livers arrived they cut a burger bun and roasted it instead of bread,I started eating the chicken livers and I discovered a fly in it,the waitress gave me a fork and knife only with the chicken livers no cutlery with the calamari.Inrequeseed a mananager and the manager kept me waiting then he goes to the waitress to speak to her and did not come to me after chatting with the waitress he approached me and he could not even speak properly ,I asked Jim who he reported to and he got a guy to come to me by the name of Juan,he apologised and confirmed there was a fly in the chicken livers he took it away and brought me another chicken livers and calamari meal so he says,didn't charge me for the meal but I wanted to pay,ate the meal and today I have been sick with stomach issues,very poor and pathetic service and to serve a customer a meal with a fly in it is wrong,I will be reporting Meropa Sun to the health department,stay away from this pathetic place!!!
We departed Johanessburg from O.R Tambo international on the 24 December 2025 the flight to Dubai was not pleasant,the food was terrible and the hostess are very unfriendly and stubborn even refusing to assist my wife when she needed to place her luggage in the overhead bin. On the 25th December 2025 we were flying to Bangkok and the food again was very poor quality,we received no snacks,on the entire trip,we received a desert peppermint sort of desert that just had peppermint cream the food was overcooked and tastes bad,brought it to the attention of the hostess and requested a replacement meal and was told I could not get a replacement meal. On the 7th January 2026 flew from Bangkok to Dubai was given options for breakfast but when I chose the chicken noodles instead I was told that I could wait but then there is no guarantee I would get it and then I won't have food,so took the scrambled eggs instead which again was burnt and overcooked,the hostess kept bumping my shoulder with the cart,she did apologise once and was something regular,no snacks were given on any of the Emirate flights we took. Very poor experience and the food is really poor quality,the staff are very unfriendly I even heard one gentleman ask for water and the hostess told him in a loud voice I don't have that now! We will definitely not be using Emirates again in the future and will relay my experience to friends and family. My trip reference number is 3D9FEE7 Regards Kreban Govender
I am currently in Thailand on holiday,I visited a tour operator on the 27/12/2025 Blue bistro and bar and booked 2 tours I was quoted 4000 bath which I accepted I then tapped my card and I got the receipt I noticed that the amount was 4250 but I queried this with the merchant who then stated she forgot to inform me that this is what the bank charges her so she has to charge me this extra,I wanted to cancel the transaction but I could not so I went through with it.The tours I booked were 2000 bath each,I was picked up for the first tour on the 28/12/2025 but was not picked up for the second tour on the 29/12/2025,a refund was requested from the operator but they refuse to refund and stated I can do the tour at another time I tired to explain to the operator I am leaving ****et on the 30/12/2025 going to another town,pho phi islands and will not be returning to ****et anytime soon so doing the tour at another time is not an option,they still refused,I have tried calling Absa ***** they don't want to assist they refer me to Absa credit card division,called there no assistance,and I am still in Thailand and running up my cellphone bill. This is the only pathetic bank that refuses to assist their customers in time of need,I hate to think what would have been the case if this was a huge amount,I have my investments,credit card,cheque account,vehicle finance,insurance with ABSA but I am seriously considering changing to Discovery bank who are more helpful to their customers. Can ABSA please come to the party and assist with the refund or chargeback on my credit card,if it is not too much to ask.... Frustrated client Kreban Govender
There was an overseas company that was debiting my credit card of small amount of about R12 since October 2025 and I got fed up and had to cancel my credit card and get a new one so this company won't be able to debit this card anymore,Absa refused to reverse these transactions,I also lodged a ***** case and received a call from an Absa ***** employee who was rude,spoke over me and refuse to reverse these transactions,now these are small transactions of about R12 but I hate to think what would happen for transactions of a large amount,Absa will probably let these *****ulent companies to take my money,really considering moving everything out of Absa in the new year as they are a pathetic bank that rather allow *****sters to take their clients money than reversing these transactions....don't bank with absa you will regret it!
Today at about 14:15 I was entering the Bluecrane mall in Meyersdal,as I was entering there was a Suzuki vehicle with registration number MP66HZGP with Ampath branding this vehicle was driven by a coloured female wearing glasses,she took some time to reverse into the parking space and also very nearly damaged another vehicle,I hooted as this vehicle was obstructing traffic as this was at the entrance of this mall,this lady showed me a middle finger and then also swore at me,I opened my window and told her I was going report her she stared Fuc# you,and walked away to do her shopping,this is bringing disrepute to your brand as the vehicle is marked with Ampath Branding and she represented Ampath,does Ampath accept this kind of behaviour???
