Having recently moved my home i asked Vodacom to move my existing wifi infrastructure to my new address. I gave them 3 months notice. When i arrived the fibre people OPENSERVE were brilliant. They assured me that everything was ok except that had to ask vodacom to switch me on. After 20 emails and 20 phone calls with their call centre asking me to reset my router a thousand times they decided to escalate the call to the tech division. Nothing happened for a month. Eventually soneone called to say they had made a mistake and switched me on. By that time i had askef anothing service provider to come and hook me up. I called Vidacom to cancel my service having been with them fir 4 years. They then said that i would have to pay the remaining contract . I asked them to send me a contract that i never signed . Bottom line is VODACOM has become as useless at service as any of the state run industries .
