Wifi is fine but I have a complain it's cover a very very small area it covers the front of the house when u go on the other side no wifi even in the passage

My son ordered rain wifi on14 th of February, he has up to date not recieved his device, and the communication is impossible, unable to get hold of anyone who can assist him, he has been sending messages with the AI function, but still has nothing accomplised, how is there no direct call number to talk to a person???

I have made a payment on the 20th of February through their link and now they said they are unable to locate the payment. Sent proof of payment but still no feedback. I had to use my own data to work but I have paid for wifi....... call several times with no help..... Rain customer service is the worst....

Having recently moved my home i asked Vodacom to move my existing wifi infrastructure to my new address. I gave them 3 months notice. When i arrived the fibre people OPENSERVE were brilliant. They assured me that everything was ok except that had to ask vodacom to switch me on. After 20 emails and 20 phone calls with their call centre asking me to reset my router a thousand times they decided to escalate the call to the tech division. Nothing happened for a month. Eventually soneone called to say they had made a mistake and switched me on. By that time i had askef anothing service provider to come and hook me up. I called Vidacom to cancel my service having been with them fir 4 years. They then said that i would have to pay the remaining contract . I asked them to send me a contract that i never signed . Bottom line is VODACOM has become as useless at service as any of the state run industries .
