Bad customer relations

December 2025 I went to @home in vaal-mall & bought a table(RYLANCE COFFEE TABLE THEY CALL IT) as a birthday gift to my wife, it was on special the original price was R18000.

the problem with the table is it can't get cleaned, anything you put on it makes stains. We tried everything

March 18th 2026 I went to the shop to ask for advice on what to use, days later I get call from NTHABiSENG to bring the table back(to me that was suppose to be the last resort) but they opted for the short cut.

I asked who can I talk to escalate this matter she said "customer care" my follow up question was on who's expenses? To be sent from pillar to post & she couldn't answer me.

I don't own a bakkie so who is going to re-inburse me for transport cost? She couldn't answer what she did was to accuse me of shouting her.
