Unprofessional service

when people respond within mins of the notification of a new rental property and you click on the WhatsApp link and it takes you to the actual agents WhatsApp, a week later they have not bothered to even respond to a person then have the cheek to say they not ignoring you, yes you did.. blue ticks don't lie, they say you read my message, not responding to it is ignoring it - highly unprofessional service!
