when people respond within mins of the notification of a new rental property and you click on the WhatsApp link and it takes you to the actual agents WhatsApp, a week later they have not bothered to even respond to a person then have the cheek to say they not ignoring you, yes you did.. blue ticks don't lie, they say you read my message, not responding to it is ignoring it - highly unprofessional service! Thank you N. du Plessis for ensuring one takes their business somewhere else! Be better.
A massive shout out to the ladies that assisted me getting my homeloan applications! Maria Gerber & Sharon Martle from the Cape Town team! You ladies rock! Through all the obstacles we had to overcome to get stuff sorted, my loan was approved before the realtor even sent the actual signed OTP!
literally the worst service ever! I am applying for a homeloan, my transunion report score me low, Vodacom claiming I owe them over R6k. After many painful phone calls, this is where I currently stand. I was upgraded in 2023 on my MOBILE contract without MY consent, my statement is a mess and no consistent billing, never mind I was NEVER notified that there was an issue either, or invoices and statements sent to me. Out of desperation I pay them, then the next day I call again, now the money is lying on the Fibre account days later they say its fine now. Today I call for a letter stating that my account has a 0 balance and that they have no objective to update my transunion profile. But here I am they telling me - I cannot get a letter like this, I must close my entire account - so its an issue for a payment made on my account number thats apparently not the mobile account, but I cannot get a letter, as I must close everything? How does this even make sense. Oh wait there is more, apparently I also cancelled my fibre account on the 23rd of September. Its absolutely mind blowing how ridiculous this situation is. Perhaps the next step I should take is court. Vodacom definitely owe me money, I never wanted to cancel my fibre account and I just want my name cleared from Transunion.
Been struggling for 3 weeks to get a human on the other side, their whatsapp is not working, the links to social media accounts not working, no response to my emails, in fact the info one blocks my emails, the fact that institutions like Discovery Health do business with them is shocking. I want my balance after being unemployed for 3+ years I am finally in a position to settle what is due in one payment. But the "balance" the bot gives me cannot be correct and there are missing payments that need to be added. Good luck to anyone trying to do business, I guess the next step is reporting them to the ombudsman.
can you give a 0 rating? Bill you whatever they want, try use Tobi and it tells you that the number you provided is not on their network, BUT THEY BILLING YOU FOR IT! Signed up for a R299 contract for 2 phones, 2 sims and now I am being charged over R400 for one number, shocking, disgusting! Cannot wait to get rid of their service
WARNING - they are super fast to sign you up, but after that their client services like non existent - signed up an employee to do their matric, just after signing up he wanted to change his subjects, after many phone calls he gets through to a Jacqueline who tells him R1500 per subject chance, so company and employee decide to cancel the studies, we have sent numerous email, tried to call many times and we have had no luck getting hold of anyone to expedite this for us - disgusting service.
wish one can give them no stars - SCAM WARNING!!!!! sign up and they bill you for life, and hand you over for debt collections!!!!!!!!

wish I could give them 0 stars - WATCH OUT FOR ONLINE PURCHASING OF ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS, I DID A PURCHASE MONDAY THE 26TH - using my mastercard and they cannot find my payment, I even sent them my bank statement showing the amount going off
