Harassment from agents.
I'm absolutely so frustrated ! I am being harrassed and contacted by their agents even though I have settled my debt with Ampath. I have received a letter saying my aco**** has been closed for goodness sake! Its so frustrating, take my detaild of your stupid system.

Harassment from agents.

ITCBA - 2 years of being harassed!
I am so sick of receiving collection emails from these people! I resigned at my previous job Nov 2023. Bankmed sent me a statement and R397 was due them. I settled them in January 2024 and received paid up letter. I have been harassed by these people claiming I owe R800 for Bankmed; this after I have sent them numerous emails with settlement letter and emails from Bankmed even spoke to one of their agents Aug/Sep and was provided with this email address Chumenayf@alefbet.co.za to resend all supporting documents but never received any acknowledgement. I do not want to receive any calls from these people. they must simply remove my details from their systems. 2 years of being harassed!!!

I paid an account I was owing to mpowa and now I cannot get ahold of anyone to send me a paid up letter and remove the debt on my credit score this is ***** and ridiculous all their numbers don’t work and all the email addresses are not working this is frustrating

Discovery and ITC Business Administrators what are you doing? SHOCKING SERVICE. Arrangements were made from 2021, Discovery handed me over to ITC Business Administrators who have been charging me for every phone call, sms and email, this has pushed my account up double than what it was. What is happening to this country and how can you charge people interest that changes every day. NEVER will I want to do business with these clowns.

ITC and Glynnwood are money makers!!!
ITC Business administrators has sent me a threatening letter about an account that should be with Glynnwood Hospital. Basically, I was admitted for treatment but the Doctor Kumasamba never turn up, I sat the whole day in the hospital with no food, water, nothing and then they want to bill me for the bed. Is this how you treat humans?

NO HUMANS FOUND
Been struggling for 3 weeks to get a human on the other side, their whatsapp is not working, the links to social media accounts not working, no response to my emails, in fact the info one blocks my emails, the fact that institutions like Discovery Health do business with them is shocking. I want my balance after being unemployed for 3+ years I am finally in a position to settle what is due in one payment. But the "balance" the bot gives me cannot be correct and there are missing payments that need to be added. Good luck to anyone trying to do business, I guess the next step is reporting them to the ombudsman.

ITC Buisness Administrators is not ITC Credit Bureau.
This company is not ITC credit Bureau. They threaten the public with Black listing. Lancet laboratories staff claim that this is a wing of Lancet. Shame on you Lancet and ITC Business administrators.

Unfairly Handed Over
Received an email from the above mentioned for an amount of R3030 that is outstanding from Young Nurses Indaba Trade union. Called them to find out what is this about and was given the numbers for the union. Contacted the cell number and spoke to the manager who said to me that during 2021 they were only assisting nurses mind you I'm not a nurse and that they only started assisting clinical staff Jan 2023. when we joined we were convinced that should anything happen they will assist us only to find out that the Union was not even recognized in our company due to percentage. I then decided to change my bank account and they could not debit because we were sold lies by the Union. Apparently I was contacted in April 2021 which I cannot remember and I apparently said I will get back to them. From April 2021 to date there was no any form of communication from them, according to Lucia they were still '' waiting for me'' to get back to them. 3 years has passed without communication from them and they decide to hand me over. This is considered as prescribe debt. Prescribed debt can be explained as old debt that has not been acknowledged over a period of three years. So i suggest that YNITU does right by me.
