ITCBA - 2 years of being harassed!

I am so sick of receiving collection emails from these people! I resigned at my previous job Nov 2023. Bankmed sent me a statement and R397 was due them. I settled them in January 2024 and received paid up letter.

I have been harassed by these people claiming I owe R800 for Bankmed; this after I have sent them numerous emails with settlement letter and emails from Bankmed even spoke to one of their agents Aug/Sep and was provided with this email address Chumenayf@alefbet.co.za to resend all supporting documents but never received any acknowledgement. I do not want to receive any calls from these people. they must simply remove my details from their systems.
