Loan does not reduce
I have a revolving credit loan with Standard Bank for a very long time, yes I did skip payments before but now I am paying much more BUT the balance does not seem to come down. Someone needs to investigate this at Standard Bank.

absa service has deteriorated over the years!
Your service has deteriorated considerably over the years. I need to speak to a human about a settlement amount but your system has an old mobile number on it. How do we speak to a consultant? I tried calling numerous times to get to speak to a consultant, no joy. I mailed AbsaDebtReviewDocuments@absa.africa and keep getting the message, mail not read.

I dislike doing this BUT FNB is pushing me away as a client.
I so dislike doing this but every time I try and get hold of Customer Care, your consultants either cannot solve a simple query or just pass the buck! I have been calling all morning to open up my card to International purchases and no response.

Poor service is an understatement
Your agent Ren advised me to pay into the World Remit ABSA account (screenshots attached), she was not very helpful and left the call after I asked two more questions. She advised that an agent would call me, the agent called and advised to change the phone number to process the reversal. It went through, only to realise the amount had not reached my recipient. The agent then insisted that I pay again from my bank account, they said this is the process and it will be reversed. By the way, this was done on the world remit app. I have now processed two transactions from my account and no answers from world remit. I submitted all the relevant info to email addresses 'refundhelp@worldremit.com'; 'wecare@worldremit.com'; 'transactionhelp@worldremit.com' I need to speak a reliable person at World Remit to resolved this issue!
