MTN - SHOCKING SERVICE - There is NO SERVICE.
Please do not take out Wifi and router from MTN, they are so unprofessional. 1. Wrong email address taken down No correspondence that there is a price increase. Not checking details they have on there system is correct. Deduct money from your account without your permission. I have been a very good CLIENT AND PAID my installements every month sometimes even more, for the last 2 years never missed a payment. Handed back my router and cancelled my month to month contract, the service was pathetic and my ID Book was not returned, I had to go back and collect it.

ITC Business Administration
Discovery and ITC Business Administrators what are you doing? SHOCKING SERVICE. Arrangements were made from 2021, Discovery handed me over to ITC Business Administrators who have been charging me for every phone call, sms and email, this has pushed my account up double than what it was. What is happening to this country and how can you charge people interest that changes every day. NEVER will I want to do business with these clowns.

DISSAPOINTED
Absolutely shocking that money for the second time has been taken from my Capitec account. Called the ***** division of Capitec Bank and was told that I need to go and change my card AGAIN!!! There is something going on ........ Extremely dissapointed, an individual works so hard for your money and it can be taken in a wink of an eye.

Dealing with Direct Axis has been a nightmare, offered a good settlement amount TO THEM IN THE NEW YEAR. Please do not do any business with this company as they are extremely unhelpful and have no interest in the client but themselves.

DYNAMIC PARCEL DITRIBUTION (PART OF DAWN WING) SHOCKING SERVICE - (NO SERVICE)
DPD Laser what a disaster dealing with this courier Company that is part of Dawn Wing. 1. Cannot get through on the contact numbers provided on Website and if you do you hold on forever. 2. Cannot talk to any consultant OR Accounts Department have to email. 3. Daughter's parcel could not be sent to UAE (AFTER PAYMENT WAS MADE) 4. Still have NOT been reimbursed my money.
