I'm absolutely so frustrated ! I am being harrassed and contacted by their agents even though I have settled my debt with Ampath. I have received a letter saying my aco**** has been closed for goodness sake! Its so frustrating, take my detaild of your stupid system.
I've been calling UNISA in Parow for the past week. I still received no assistance. I'm really just trying to reach out to atleast ONE consultant! This is upsetting.
I've been trying to call student support and the finance department. NOBODY is ANSWERING my calls. How am I supposed to get a hold of UNISA Student Support Department or the Finance Department? I'm so sick and tired of calling and calling to no avail.
I am highly disappointed in how Grit Procurement are doing things. My daughter is starting Grade 1 today and they failed to deliver her school uniform on time. Instead they are making excuses saying that their courier company have my address incorrectly entered on their system. They failed to call and communicate that, instead they found it to fit to keep my parcel with them. This is so disheartening, my daughter DID NOT go to her first day of school.
I'm so fed up with Discovery. I cancelled my medical aid in June 2025, but they are still deducting money from my account. And each time that I call them they keep telling me they wont be deducting money from my account. But every month they do.
I made a telephonic order at 17:30, and they further said there is no waiting period I can arrive and collect my order. It is now 18:20 and my order is STILL NOT READY. Their communication is ridiculous. I'm not satisfied at all.
My phone got ****** in January 2025. And now, I want to do a sim swap, however I'm being told my phone number has been recycled. I've never used my sim card for calls, IT WAS ONLY A DATA SIM CARD. This utterly disappointing and ridiculous because I've used that number on my social media platforms & school account, and i need the verification codes in order to access these things. Lastly, a customer should be called when their SIM CARD going to recycled because I have just lost very important things. And the lady at customer care, that was assisting me on the phone was not coming up with a solution at all and I need to recover my school account and my other media platforms. And what's funny is, is that at the Call Centre they are all speaking a different tune. The one I asked for guidance from yesterday said she could help me but today the other one says my number has been recycled. GET YOUR FACTS TOGETHER.
I'm so tired of Discovery! They are so so ***********. They've deducted an amount of R3200 from my account for my medical aid scheme. However my debit order amounts to R2461. I was told on a online phonecall with a consultant that they would deduct my daughter's dependency debit order on the 1st of this month and they didn't do that. It's frustrating that every single month I have to, have a back and forth or an argument with Discovery! It's disgusting and its clear that the only thing they do, is ensure that they leave their customers broke and in overdraft without money! And they don't care about their customers! I will find another medical aid! Its been going on for far too long. And I've had enough! And unfortunately I WILL NOT PAY FOR IT. I need them to come correct and fix this error or I will take it further! This is too much!
This school is so incompetent! The whole of last year they did not deduct school fees as per debit order. But now, they making their problems, mine. I cannot get my academic transcript because of their poor finance department. The only way to run away from their problems, I’m told the system is the problem. For 7 MONTHS, the system has always been a problem! They are inconsistent and I will NEVER recommend anyone to that place.
Varsity College is so incompetent. They don't have a sense of urgency! I've been logging in tickets with regards to my transfer documents as well as my credit queries and still to no avail. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! It's terrible. I've been waiting for my academic credit to be fixed for the past month and still nobody has assisted me. I've been submitting tickets for the past month every week. But they respond to the ones that suit them. I'm utterly disappointed and annoyed.
