Received a message from MBD collection to say my Cell C account is handed over to them for and amount of R378.00. Why would Cell C hand over my account and yet my account/s with Cell C are up to date? The information MBD has is from Cell C. They decided to hand over an account that is up to date. I demand that they sort this out with MBD and I demand the letter saying im not handed over and proof that this is not on has not affected my credit score and that it is not on my credit profile.
In October 2025 I changed banking details which I communicated with cell c. Told them that the old account is closed and no longer active and was willing to give my account number at the time, was told that unfortunately the account has to be 3 months old before they can debit. I asked (to avoid extra fees/ unsuccessful debit order charge) was told i can pay at Cell C store/ their Nedbank account or pay using easy pay number. October and November I made a payments using easy pay number, in Oct i paid on the 24th, Nov 25 and December 23. To my surprise i got my Jan statement and there's a debit order failed fee of R70 on all my 3 account which was never there oct and nov. I refuse to pay that extra R70 charged because iI communicated with the changes, why try to debit on the account that is not active. This is day light ******* and I refuse to pay R70 extra. i need cell c to send me amended statement with R70 not reflecting on all my accounts.
I keep on receiving threatening messages from COBOL, in spite of me contacting them more that 20 times they still have the audacity to send me messages saying I owe them R3000 and that i must either pay R360 or settle R3030. i have NEVER taken out a loan from Cobol and certainly not planning to. I am NOT MS Mpofu I am Ms Phasumane. I have requested them to remove my details from their system but they keep on harassing me.
I'm writing on behalf of our company since I am the one ordering on behalf of our company. We placed an online order with Makro on the 4th of Oct 2024. Our groceries was only delivered on the 11th of Oct 2024, only 3 boxes were delivered and when opening the boxes we realized that some of the items we ordered and paid for were short. I then contacted call center and I was told that the matter was escalated to the relevant store Makro Riversands. I kept on following up the whole of last week without getting any joy from the store. Fast-forward yesterday 21.10.2024 we were told that the groceries were delivered on Friday 18.10.24 which it was a lie. I spoke to Ronald from the store who said he's the manager he was also adamant that it was delivered on Friday, only to find out nothing was delivered, He promised that they will deliver yesterday and as I'm typing this message we are still waiting for the delivery. The LIES and empty promises is what makes us upset more especially from a big company as Makro. We are rather disgusted with the service and actually thinking of taking our support to another company which values their customers.
Received an email from the above mentioned for an amount of R3030 that is outstanding from Young Nurses Indaba Trade union. Called them to find out what is this about and was given the numbers for the union. Contacted the cell number and spoke to the manager who said to me that during 2021 they were only assisting nurses mind you I'm not a nurse and that they only started assisting clinical staff Jan 2023. when we joined we were convinced that should anything happen they will assist us only to find out that the Union was not even recognized in our company due to percentage. I then decided to change my bank account and they could not debit because we were sold lies by the Union. Apparently I was contacted in April 2021 which I cannot remember and I apparently said I will get back to them. From April 2021 to date there was no any form of communication from them, according to Lucia they were still '' waiting for me'' to get back to them. 3 years has passed without communication from them and they decide to hand me over. This is considered as prescribe debt. Prescribed debt can be explained as old debt that has not been acknowledged over a period of three years. So i suggest that YNITU does right by me.
There's an amount of R780 that I am sure of on my credit report, not sure as to why it was not updated. Account number is 371449743 which is active from 06.10.2021. Can that be sorted out please as it is affecting my credit score
I keep on receiving threatening messages from wonga, and as far as I know I do not owe wonga anything. I tried calling several times and every time somebody picks up a phone and they keep quiet
What a disgusting service I received from one of the consultant by the name of Ndivhu. I was querying my statement number 117716112 as to why the money is more this month, she simply told me that the amount includes vat and that is the same vat i pay at Shoprite , pick n pay and etc. I then requested the amount of vat on MiAssit she told me I must calculate it and as i was trying to talk girl went on and I told her she rude because she didn't want to listen to what I was asking she then put the phone down on my ear. Is that how Cell C agents treat their paying customer? The girl was VERY VERY rude she did not even put me through to customer survey to rate her service. She put the phone down on my ear
Again cell c is ****** inconveniencing me. I am really tire of their nonsense and incompetency. The only thing they know is to send an email to say they tried calling with no answer and my issues are not resolved and I as their customer has to suffer and pay extra charges because of their stupid mistakes. This is been going on for month and I am really getting gatvol with their incompetency. I need proper feedback and a way forward on how this is going to be sorted out. And now I just spoke to THEMBA one of their *********** staff who said to me everything is my fault. He doesn't even Know when this issue started or where it started but he has the audacity to tell me that it is my fault that I have to pay extra charges. WHAT THE HELL!!!!
I am honestly tired of Cell, I cannot wait to finish paying off their contracts so that I call it quits. I won't even advice anyone to take a contract with them. The following are incidents that incurred in the last 3 months and unfortunately I as the customer have to suffer financially. 1. Dylan sold me things I did not agree to and I had to pay for his stupid mistake. 2. I was handed over for a contract that I cancelled, complained about that no one bothered to get back to me . 3. Two of my contracts were not debited and there was money in my account and I have never stopped any cell c debit order from my bank and that has resulted in cell c charging me R70.00 for debit order that did not go through on each account. 4. I got the statement that says R626.98 is due by 25th Sep and when I called to find out I am told no don't worry only R348.99 will be debited when I request the new statement that reflects R348.99 I'm told sorry we can't send you updated statement for what I don't know. I honestly don't know what to do anymore , the sad thing is I have to suffer and pay for their mistakes.
