Having used a less than competent pool contractor the first time around, my pool was in a bad way, and I was determined to get it right the second time around. Brent's diagnosis was spot on and his recommendations were well-received. The job proceeded smoothly and practically uneventfully, which is almost unheard of in any major build, and Brent's communication was very good and personable throughout.
