We paid a small fortune for our couches. The craftsmanship was very bad, stitching is lose and there was holes along the edges. Very difficult to communicate and the customer service was very bad. Promises made and not fulfilled. Incorrect product was also delivered.

I bought couches online at this store in December 2023 up until now (as in January 2026) they have not been delivered nor has my money been returned. They do not respond to emails or calls. Imagine now needing to go the legal route in order to get your money back on a simple thing like trying to buy furniture. I advise anyone not to buy from this store.

I bought a couch from Homzy in December 2025. The corner unit was damaged in delivery but Thembi and Jaffa were very helpful to get this resolved by having the section collected, fixed and redelivered. Thank you for the great assistance. Ansuretha Oberholzer
